* The last year in which the number of HR of the HR king
  is less than 30 is 1961. At that time, the HR kings of both
  leagues couldn't hit 30 homers (CL: 28 by Nagashima(G),
  PL: 29 by Nomura(H) and Nakada(Braves)).

* 80 is the least number of RBI of the RBI king in Pacific League
  (In CL, Fujimoto of the Tigers became the RBI king with 76 RBI
  in 1960).  It is the first time that three or more players shared
  one of the three big batting titles (AVG, RBI, HR).
  
* Ogata is a player whose PA is less than officially needed PA (407).

* Nomura hit over .300, 30 homers and got over 30 SB.
  
* Gross has become the first most winning pitcher in foreign players
  in the history of Pacific League.

* Bross has become the second best ERA foreign pitcher in Central
  League.  The first pitcher is Bacque.
